Pappy Jack Farms, located in Whitney, TX, has been providing the local community with fresh vegetables since 2017. We focus on sustainable agriculture that is free from chemicals and pesticides and emphasizes regenerative practices. Our fresh vegetables and eggs from pasture-raised hens are available through our CSA program, as well as at farm-to-table restaurants and local school districts.
Gabe and Rachel Elton moved to Whitney from Austin in 2017 with the goal of bringing fresh, wholesome, and healthy food to the local community. Rachel teaches at Whitney Elementary, while Gabe works from home as a Vice President of Sales in the software industry. Together with our team members, we strive to be the preferred choice for fresh and healthy vegetables by collaborating with local families, restaurants, and school districts.
We provide two seasons for CSA memberships each year - one for Spring/Summer and another for Fall/Winter. Because current and former CSA members have the first option to fill these spots, they tend to fill up quickly when available. We recommend acting swiftly if you see an open spot and are interested. In addition to our CSA memberships, we supply our vegetables to various farm-to-table restaurants and local school districts.
